it's such an unproductive day.
i cant believe i spent 3 whole free periods doing nothing. and enterprise was totally demoralising. sigh. it's only 3 more days to the step down day. not surprising if we all start getting real emotional and crying. well, no suprise since i've teared quite a few times huh. while doing the farewell gifts, while writing those emo messages to the comm and all, it's quite amazing to know that 1 year had passed so fast. haha happy moments were so much more than the unhappy ones. (: i love i&e to bits. so these 3 days, i'll think of what sort of concluding post to post for i&e and post it up after the whole step down takes place. yups. also, not forgetting we have to do our best for our last project okay! the newsletter! and the cable car thing! must must! and we shall all end of with a happy note with the step down lunch/dinner (comm only!)
so today, the only thing that made me laugh was the interview i did with mt and mk for the newsletter. swear they are so funny to laugh with. HAHA. im quite amazed to realise that just through 30 simple questions (lame as quoted by mt) , we can know so much more about a person. hahaha. so now the final thing to do is.. listen to the recording once more and type out everything. >:( but. i shall do this thing for the one last time without any complains. HAHA.
council invest tmr! yay! im quite excited to step down, haha for council i dont care. but yet quite sad as well. it's sad to see that after 3 years of practically doing nothing, i've learnt so much more about how an organisation works, with all the politics and bitching and all. and im proud to be doing prize table for 3 times in a row. yay! (: haha i can be like the most corrupt councillor in history yet the most committed among all the sec4 non excos. im proud of myself. <- ego shit.
anyway, 3 days aint too long, aint to short. time to control all those tears and just pour with the rest on thursday! omg so egggggciting. xD

haha. it's easy to have fun, all it takes is just to go look for it. i thought that this holiday would be rather boring. school school school. well, unexpectedly, i had much fun huh. (: tuesday's outing with my 10year friend and best butt had been amazing! haha. i;m so glad to see that after all these years, we can still keep in touch and yet have so many things to talk about. yiwei's just the bestest anyone can get. haha. and i love her for just being her. wednesday was like totally mad. i was damn pissed off. cant believe i actually got cheated. tsk. who the heck jokes about this kind of things? make me so worried and all. and it was all a lie. very good lah, so bitchy. tsktsk. D: anyway, yesterday was just like wooohooo! i&e cable cars! (: damn damn good. i hated the cable car ride though, felt like puking. nearly died. and the best part: mango juice spilt all over my bag. D: im damn upset lah! but oh well. besides that, that place really have a lot to touch up on. it's quite old actually. like when u first step in, everything is so grand and all, but when u slowly go to the back, whoa. look quite pathatic. we really got work to do to like generate business ideas for them and all. last i&e project before i step down next thursday. boohoo. D:
besides, the i&e newsletter is not totally done up yet. and we only got a few days left. and... we are having a step down party! HAHA. im soooooo glad it's approved. well, not by mt actually, by the sec4 comm. yeah (: glad everyone wants to participate. (: i cant wait i cant wait i cant wait.
now i have to rush my hw. screwd screwd screwd. why do they expect us to do so many things during such a short period of time! haiya. and we are only 40 days till the midyrs. scary huh.

you're the hottest i've ever seen.
i swear you really are.
now all i need to do is stop getting panic attacks.
so. what kind of holiday is it, if i have to go back to sch like 5 days a week, some from 7.20 to 2.30, others from 7.20 till 6.30? gosh. it's even longer than my normal sch hours. $%^&*(*&^%$# grrrr. i really need a break. but nothing much i can do actually. if i pon all those nonsensical crap at sch, i'll just probably miss out a lot a lot and need to catch up a lot a lot. xxazlinxx's wedding today! didnt go. but thanks deee! (: you've been a great help. (: love loads.
im stepping down REAL SOON for i&e. cant believe that the day is arriving. and im dreading it. a LOT a LOT. D: the past 1 year had been a real roller coaster ride. but i enjoy every single moment of it. why cant we get back those bitter sweet memories ever again? if i ever had such a chance to turn back time, i'll definitely turn back to the later part of last yr, with all the things running, all planning done and definitely not forgetting the bonding. D: sigh. honestly, i dont feel quite safe handing it over. but it's just another phrase in life we all gotta go through yea? i know of many who have passed the baton down, so why am i finding it so hard to do so? D: i&e shall always be the love of my life.
all the drilling for o's are quite okay actually. im not really feeling the stress so far. mrs chia was nice enough last fri to let us eat lollipops in class. if not i'd had fallen asleep. so all i needa do now is to change my mindset and brainwash myself that i can actually do maths and science. haha. quite hard. feel so stupid conning myself.
marche destress cum last day of term celebration with deee on friday was GREAT. did i mention that i love dee a lot a lot?! although there's a hole in my pocket, but i'll never forget these great times we had. (:
i got a HUGE craving for donut.

haha. this whole last week's so stupid. new rules, and tablet going missing, and massive spotcheck! woohoo! just like hk drama serials. anw, with this new so called "hitler rule", my close close friend has decided to post a history essay, seq format on her opinion of this issue.
QN:
"CGS helps to mould girls into ladies and leaders of tomorrow due to its political reforms." Do you agree? Explain your answer.
No, I do not. CGS' political reforms are one of the main causes of unhappiness among the Crescentian population. The student body has started to petition and will be staging a short rebellion on Monday, in which the Sec 4s will be tucking their shirts all the way in until the skirt band shows. This heralds the beginning of the 2007 Revolution. The Four-Button Rule, implemented by the DM only allows four buttons to be visible on the student's blouses, was introduced in the previous week. This unreasonable decision provoked outrage among the students and mini demonstrations of defiance were sparked off following the announcement. The rule which involves either tucking in your shirt all the way in or at least in some cases, pulling up your skirt higher has most Crescentians looking like toots. The dictator style rule of the DM (who's name can't be mentioned due to copyright reasons), which involves booking anyone on sight for no apparent reason and for the most unheard of offences is the fuel behind these actions. Other reforms like the forbidding of parent's letters to cover a child's sick leave because "they are not doctors or medically qualified, so they cannot tell if you are sick". Therefore, I disagree with the statement that CGS helps to build girls into better students as it only sows discord between the DM and the students over petty issues such as the most absurd ways to wear one's uniform, causing the student population to be upset.
Yes, I do. The social aspect of the school promotes the above statement. CGS has in place an "Angel and Mortal" System which allows the Sec 2 seniors to mentor and make friends with the new Sec 1 juniors. With this policy in place, friendships are quickly formed and the adjustment period is made shorter. The strong bonds formed in CCAs, especially uniformed groups, also contribute to the relationships among the students. In going through the daily rituals of life and school, one learns how to take charge in different situations and how to get along well with people from all different walks of life, as well as of differnt characters. Courses like camps also promote this, for example Outward Bound School. The school population is also well known to bond together as a school in times. From the beginning of the reign of the DM, we can see that the student population has come to a mutual agreement of opposing her, either openly or at least secretly. This act of standing together as one is what makes the school strong. Therefore, I agree that the social interaction among students proves the statement true as the school body is bonded as one through the many different activities and events.
In conclusion, I disagree with the statement presented in the question as although the social aspect presents the students with learning opportunites through healthy relationships, the political reforms implemented by the DM has turned a once condusive environment into a prison-like one with policies such as The Four-Button Rule which results in a generally discontented student body. This atmosphere greatly affects the will to learn and grow. Therefore, I conclude that CGS does not help girls to grow into ladies and leaders of tomorrow.
HAHA. disclaimer: this is NOT to bring upon a bad name to the school. but rather to express displeasure at a certain someone. afterall, we are just sweet little innocent girls. (:
and i really can't believe the big hoo ha of the tablet case with the massive spotcheck. can't believe that the tablet was found in that girl's dad's car. haiya. regret not bringing my camera ytd. D: i&e mtg on monday! wooooosh! (: im egggggcited. thanks bertha friend for making amaths seem to easy. (:
